Return & Refund Policy

Returns 

We do not encourage any returns. Hence, we highly request the parents to ascertain their requirement before placing the orders with us.
 
If the materials received are with printing defects or not matching the description as mentioned in our website, we shall get them replaced at no extra cost. The issue has to be brought to our notice through an email to ved.bookspot@gmail.com within 2 days from the receipt of the consignment with the supportive images of the same.
 
Any returnable books should be unused and in an acceptable condition. Replacement approval will be processed only after inspecting the returned materials. 

Cancellations 

Any orders placed can be cancelled within 24 hours from confirmation message. The buyer shall send a cancellation request mail to ved.bookspot@gmail.com along with the Order information and the Bank account details to process the refund. 

We have the right to cancel the order from our side in case of any unavailability or price increase of the ordered book or material at our source. In such a case we shall contact the buyer through an email or WhatsApp to intimate the same and to initiate the refund.
